He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Kruse and Veronica Kruse (Nurre); his parents-in-law, Clarence and Anita Eike; his brother Raymond Kruse, Jr.; and his brothers-in-law, Jim Bries and Denny Ruden.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Kruse of Greeley; his children, Dave Kruse (Katie) of Greeley and Carolyn Kruse of Shakopee, Minnesota; his grandchildren, Taylor Kruse (Nick Lenzen), Brody Kruse (Lauren Leckliter), Jeff, Chrissy and Bennett Olupo; his great grandchild Jordynn Waterman; his siblings, Darlene Bries and Larry Kruse (Julie); his siblings-in-law, Linda Ruden, Marge Haro (Bill) and Ed Eike (Pam); and his caregivers, Megan and Jeff (Ann). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
