She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry Wilmes and Lela Ellen Wilmes (Hardisty); her husband Lyle Alexander; her siblings, Larry Wilmes, Sharon Betts and Mike Wilmes; and her parent-in-law Avis.
She is survived by: her children, Rick Alexander (Pam) of Gravity, Julie McCarty (Karl) of Prescott, Rob Alexander of Gravity and Jill Harrison (Jason) of New Market; and her siblings, Connie Silva (Tony) of New Market, Iowa, Deb Scott of Pleasant Valley, Missouri and Greg Wilmes (Jan) of Bedford, Iowa.
