She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Keuster and Mary Keuster (Krantz); her husband Jack; her son-in-law Arlin Pottebaum; her siblings, Kathleen Dreckman, Ida Brunsman, Rosella Krantz, Armella Stallman, Clarence Krantz and Elmer Krantz; her niece Cathy Langel (Dreckman); and also, John and Mary Ney.
She is survived by: her children, Marlene Pottebaum of Hospers, Carol Jean Vortherms (Tom) of Sioux City and Steve Ney (Julie) of Primghar. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 26 great grandchildren.
