He was predeceased by: his parents, John Niichel and Ann Niichel (Schnurr); his mother-in-law Christina Freese; his siblings-in-law, Phyllis Niichel, Wilbur Rabel, Bob Bruns, Monte Molitor, Junior Molitor and Butch Gerken; and his nephew Jim Bendlin.
He is survived by: his wife Pat Molitor of Granville; his son Jerry Niichel (Heather) of Granville; his grandchildren, Rebecca, Jonathan, Alexis and Jacob; his daughter DeAnn Adams (Monty) of Cameron, MO; his grandsons, Darren and Eric; and his siblings, Gerry Rabel of Spencer, IA and Harold Niichel of Granville, IA..
Visitation with family present will be Friday from 9:30 a. m. until service time at the church, masks and social distancing guidelines will be required.
