He is survived by: his wife Dolores "Dolly" Haag of Granville; his children, Joanne Schlichte of Orange City, IA, Jeffrey Schlichte of Springfield, MO, Jim Schlichte (Jeannie) of Granville, IA, Sylvia Busby (Pat) of Alton, IA, Debra Ben Saida (Mohamed) of Granville, IA, Heidi Feldhaus (David) of Oldham, SD and Ronald Schlichte (Tracey) of Osceola, IA; his siblings, Bernard Schlichte (Elaine) of Avoca, MN, Lorraine Berkenpas of Le Mars, IA, Charlotte Hoag (Dan) of Kansas City, MO, Ruth Hoffmann (Robert) of Archer, IA and Mary Olson (Ron) of Le Mars, IA; and his sister-in-law Verna Schlichte of Everly, IA.. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren.
