She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Lehman and Hazel Lehman; her husband James Van Horn; and her siblings, Pauline Lehman, Marguerite Lehman, Robert Lehman, Gene Lehman, Donald Lehman and Kenneth Lehman.
She is survived by: her son John Van Horn (Paula); and her siblings, Evelyn Hackett (Kenny), David Lehman (Bev) and Ronald Lehman (Sharon). She is also survived by three grandchildren; four great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
