She was predeceased by: her parents, Dave Johnson and Dorothy Johnson (Freegard); and her brothers, Duane and Jeff Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Jeff Chamberlin of Granger, IA; her children, David Chamberlin (Stephanie) of Indianapolis, IN, Randall Chamberlin of Joplin, MO, Bailey Graspy (Alex) of Grimes, IA and Marcy Nielsen (Brad) of Urbandale; her grandchildren, Caleb, Abigail, Layne, Dawson, Graham and Myla; her siblings, Ann DeGabriele (Pete), Keith Johnson (Joann), Don Johnson (Deb), Greg Johnson (Luanne) and Karen Woods (Tony); and her siblings-in-law, Doug Chamberlin (Mary), Lori Garmon, Teri McManus (Barry), Tami Pardie, Sheri Roeder (Roger) and Kari Raushenberger (Mike).
