He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurence Mathew and Velma Mae Harney (Bullington); his children, Lori Harney-Bice and Tim Harney; and his sister Kathleen Mueller.
He is survived by: his sons, Rick Harney (Lisa) of Runnells and Tom Harney (Kelly) of Granger; his children-in-law, Mike Bice of Woodward and Sue Harney of Granger; his brothers, Jim Harney (Kathy) of Madrid and Ed Harney (Kayla); and his grandchildren, Danielle Schertz (Brian), Jennifer Runge (PJ), Nathan Page (Cami), David Page, Jennifer Page, Abbie Williams (Heather) of Woodward, TJ, Heather Calderon (Kevin), Kayla Hillenga, Whitney Griffin (RJ), Mariah Harney and Dawson Harney. He is also survived by twenty-four great grandchildren.
