She is survived by: her children, Michelle Black of Des Moines and Steven Collins of Fort Rucker, Alabama; her sister Niki Dunham-Mihm of Bonita Springs, Florida; and her grandchildren, Dylan Black of Newton, Jacob Black of Des Moines and Ciara Black of Des Moines, Iowa..
