She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Francis and Agnes Phillips (Houk); her husband George Ferris Coles; her siblings, Ruth Wykert and Leonard Phillips, Jr.; and her nephew Leonard Phillips, III.
She is survived by: her sister Kathy Schweitzer (Ken) of Grandview; and her nieces and nephews, Melissa Murphy, Melinda Lenhard, Mariah Perez, Tamera McLaughlin, Peggy Liedel, Sally Wykert, Mitchell Schweitzer and Melvin Wykert, Jr..
A memorial has been established at the funeral home in Sandy's name.
