He was predeceased by: his parents, John Webb and Ellen Webb (Martin); his wife Bernita Emilee Zimmerman; and his siblings, Fred, Ron Webb and Joyce Autey.
He is survived by: his siblings, Gary Webb (Lois) of Minnesota, Barbara Ruggles of Minnesota, Nancy Jelmberg of Minnesota, Linda Grizzard (Clark) of Minnesota and Vicky Webb of Minnesota. He is also survived by 28 nieces and nephews; 56 great nieces and nephews and 36 great great nieces and nephews.
A memorial fund has been established at the funeral home in Shelby's name.
