She is survived by: her spouse Lawrence O'Toole; her children, Barbara Gansemer (Jim) of Sherrill, Brenda Moline (Blaine) of Davenport, James of Grand Mound, Gerald and A. F. Retired of Angeles City, Philippines; her grandchildren, Michael, Allan, Jason and Laura; and her great grandchildren, Navaeh, Jericho, Oliver and Evelyn Rose. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
