He is survived by: his children, Josh Starr of Grand Mound, IA, Sam Starr (Jenna) of Dubuque, IA and Jessica Starr (Marshal Schrieber) of Davenport, IA; his grandchildren, Zazz Starr, Alex Starr Schrieber, Desmond Cook, Lilly Cook and Liam Clayton; his sisters, Carol Evans (Mike) of Maquoketa, IA, Dona Rawlins of DeWitt, IA, Glenda Richards of Indianola, IA and Judy Marvin of East Moline, IL; and his sister-in-law Pam Starr of Maquoketa, IA.
