He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hines and Mary Philamena Hines (Noel); his wife Winnifred Fern "Winnie" Usher; his daughter Susan; and his siblings, Joe, Bob, Mary Theresa, Rita Mae, Carol, Phyllis and Janet.
He is survived by: his children, Rob Hines (Sherry), Chuck (Linda Hines), Andy Hines, Welton, Deb (Mark Burton) of DeWitt, Mary (Harry Weigandt) of DeWitt, Jackie (Frank Schneider) of DeWitt, Trudy (Mike Kitchen) of DeWitt, Sandy Kroymann of DeWitt and Sherry King; his siblings, Ines Tobin, John Gluesing, Paul Gluesing (Sally) and Judy Kroeger (Gary); and his sister-in-law Janice Hines. He is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 47 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
