Hector Avelos Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 12, 2021, at the age of 62, Hector Avelos (Grand Mound, Iowa) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his grandmother Maria Refugio Avalos; his mother Magdalena Avalos Bernal; his stepfather Ramon Bernal; and his former wife Lisa Avalos.

Memorial donations can be made to the Vasculitis Foundation, representing those who suffer from various diseases affecting blood vessels, including granulomatosis with polyangiitis.
