DeVere Ganzer Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of DeVere Ganzer (Grand Mound, Iowa), who passed away on August 1, 2022 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Lorraine; his siblings, Roland, Willis, Max, Dale, Roy, Ned, Louisia, Audrey and Margaret; and his son-in-law Keith Nemmers.
He is survived by: his children, Lonny Ganzer (Karen) of Eldridge, Neva Litscher (David) of Stanwood, Camelia Jo of Basalt and Lela Nemmers of Colorado Springs, Colorado; his grandchildren, Kendra Wolf (Ben), Rachel Knepper (Jeff), Ben Litscher, Kent Ganzer (Tawnia), Chris Litscher (Megan), Allison Nissen (Nick) and Renae Koth (Kris); and his sisters, Phoebe Rhoads and Rosemary Elwood. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be directed to Grand Haven Activity Fund, Promedica Hospice (formerly Heartland Hospice), and Immanuel Lutheran Church, Grand Mound.
