He is survived by: his mother Leslie Farley (Jones) of Davenport; his children, Nicholas Lee Evans (Brooke) of Grand Mound, Amanda Loeffelholz (Tubby) of Grand Mound, Stephanie McCulloh (Timothy) of Grand Mound and Emily Evans of Grand Mound; the mother of his children Angie Evans of Donahue; his grandchildren, Gavin, Kolton, Carter, Kylee, Hailey, Aliviah, JaeLynn, Tatum and Jase; his siblings, Marty Farley (Anna) and Kim Frieden; and his sister-in-law Tracie Farley.
