He is survived by: his children, Paul Lichtenstein (Jaime Steinbeck), Paula Rogers (Todd), Jamey Olsen and Jeremy Olsen (Maria); his grandchildren, Ava, Jorja Lichtenstein, Elle Montegna, Jacob, Avery Grace Rogers, Ellie, Robbie Olsen, Carver Johnson, Ashlyn, Jaxon and Colton; and his extended family, Tobe, Dave Ringen, Duane Hite, Annie Appleby, Amie Felsing (Gary) and Abbie Appleby.
