He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Cummings and Gladys Cummings. He is survived by: his daughters, Dani Dayton and Carrie Cummings of Phoenix, AZ.; his grandchildren, Catelyn (Carlos), Dylan (Kayla), Drake and Chace; his great grandchildren, Joaquin, Lillian, Jaxon and Riplin; and his adoptive daughter Melissa Smith of Algona.
