He is survived by: his mother Jannette Kay Sieck Hornsby of Madrid; his wife Keisha of Grand Junction; his children, Katarina Goodrich (Clayton) of Butte, Larissa Hornsby (Josh Snyder) of Panora and Conar Hornsby of Des Moines; his stepson Dylan Boude of Grand Junction; his grandchildren, Kaisley and Kaine Goodrich; his sisters, Charmalee White (Rusty) of Dawson and Christine Moran of Madrid; his uncle Lyle Hoffman of Guthrie Center; his aunt Deb McAllister of Grand Junction; his parents-in-law, Randy Kopecky (Jodi) of Farnhamville and Peggy Smits (Paul) of Jefferson; his sister-in-law Tashina Taylor (Mark Burgurt) of Jefferson; his cousin Pam McAllister; and his close friends, Ann Yanders, Don Caldwell, Greg Phillips (Brenda), Kevin Kestel, Ron Mulder and Brian Claussen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; other relatives, and many friends.
