He was predeceased by: his parents, Oren Shadle and Isabelle Shadle (Brown); and his daughter Brenda "His Heart". He is survived by: his wife Connie Burgart of Grand Junction; and his stepchildren, Doug Burgart, Shelly Hostetler, Tony Burgart and Mark Burgart. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
