He is survived by: his son David Koekenhoff (Leah Anderson); his granddaughter Caroline Linde (Michael); his great grandchild Logan; his stepgranddaughter Lily Anderson; his daughter-in-law Julie Joyce (Josh); his granddaughter Sasha Koekenhoff (Brandon Mortenson); his great grandchild Ryker; his grandson Cody Koekenhoff; and his stepgranddaughter Jadyn Joyce. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
