He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Peterson and Elvera Peterson (Abens); and his brother Leon Peterson. He is survived by: his wife Barb Hicks; his children, Monica Peterson (Mike Fetters) of Baxter, Pat Peterson (Kate) of Callender and Lindsey Lundgren (Neil) of Essex; his grandchildren, Jake, Maggie, Blake, Alexis, Blaine, Cooper and Wesley; and his siblings, Linda Carlson (Dennis) of Spirit Lake and Delmar Peterson of Knierim.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First United Church (400 Garfield Ave, Farnhamville, IA 50538). A memorial service was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
