He is survived by: his wife Nancy Vogt; his daughter Stephanie MacAdam (Jeremiah); his grandchildren, Bailey Zdebski, Noah and Rowan MacAdam; and his siblings, Janelle Willis and Scott. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
