He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Palmer and Isa Palmer (Elayne L. Palmer); and his daughter Gwen Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Elayne L. Wahlgren; his children, Ned Palmer (Colleen) of Gowrie, Polly Johnston (Mike) and Hal Palmer (Jane) of Burnsville, MN; his grandchildren, Jill White (Lee), Scott Palmer (Trey Stover), Tyler Johnston (Jessica), Andrew Palmer, Sam Palmer and Elizabeth Coleman (Matthew); and his great grandchildren, Bridget, Madi White, Brecken and Brogan Johnston.
