He is survived by: his children, Ann Cunningham (Patrick) of Paton, Tom Barkley (Sara) and Bill Barkley (Anne) of Fort Dodge; and his grandchildren, Matthew Cunningham (Sara), Katherine Palmer (David), Maureen Jacoby (Philip), Kimberly Joliet (Christopher), Heath Barkley (Mandy), Leslie (Brian) of Washington, Mandie Jordison (Tyler), Keegan Barkley (Katie Haines), Amy Castro (Wesley) and Cale Barkley (Kenzie). He is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandson.
