He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Carol Hade of Gowrie, Maxine Hade of Gowrie, Sandra Hade of Gowrie and Timothy Hade of Ft. Collins, CO; his grandson Joel Hade of Ft. Collins, CO; and his siblings, Richard Hade (Darlene) of Ames and Evelyn Whitehill of Bellevue, NE. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
