Bernard Monson Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bernard Monson (Gowrie, Iowa), who passed away on June 13, 2019 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Monson and Irene Monson (Stanek); his wife Karen Monson (Sellstrom); his brother-in-law Don Owen; and his great-nephew Joseph Anton.
He is survived by: his daughters, Monica Yoder (Greg) of Middlebury, IN and Sibyl Bauer (Vance) of Gowrie; his sister Nancy Owen of Cedar Rapids; his niece Sue Owen-Anton (Mark) of Mt. Vernon; his nephew Todd Owen of Denver, CO; his great-niece Faith; his great-nephew Blaise Anton; and his former wife Karen Sellstrom. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
