He was predeceased by: his mother Gertrude Comstock; his brother John; his uncle Les Comstock; and his grandparents, Lois and Lester Comstock.
He is survived by: his father Walter Gross; his former wife Tasha Hutchinson; his children, Riley, Avery, Weston and Axel; his sister Jamie Cramer (Jayson) of Goldfield; his nieces and nephews, Dessa, Meah, Arcadia, Gage, Chase and Gunner; and his great-nephews, Waylon and Wyatt.
