He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Rasmussen (Bud) and Ruth Rasmussen-Eudy (Nelson); his former spouses, Marion Hoppe and Nancy Jones; his grandfather Pete; his children, Amy, Melissa Rasmussen and Robert Rasmussen; his grandson Kurtis Wayne Rasmussen; his children, Scott Rasmussen (Jennifer) of Goldfield and Angela Johnson (Jason) of Grimes; his brothers, Galen Rasmussen (Kathy) of Eagle Grove and Bruce Rasmussen (Stephanie) of Goldfield; his granddaughters, Sarah, Emily Rasmussen and Kate Swan (Kory) of Ankeny; his great grandchild Hux; and his uncle Harold Nelson (Betty). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
