She was predeceased by: her parents, Niels Jensen and Gwenneth Jensen (Leonard); her parents-in-law, Dick and Emma Prill; her husband Verlin Prill; and her siblings, Susie Schreiber, Niels Jensen Jr., Orlando "Bogie" Jensen, Barry Jensen and Henry Jensen.
She is survived by: her former husband Wayne Hart; her daughters, Karin Eischeid (Kevin) of Glidden, Kim Hein (Ross) of Glidden, Sonya Sterns (Dave) of Carroll and Peggy Bierl (Francis) of Sedro-Woolley, WA; her brother George Jensen of Georgia; and her sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Jensen of Carroll and Marion Prill of Lake City. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. John Lutheran Church - Carroll (801 E 18th St, Carroll, IA 51401). A burial was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at the Merle Hay Memorial Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested for St. John Lutheran Church, RSVP (Retired Senior Volunteer Program), or the Carroll Animal Rescue.
