He is survived by: his nephews, Ernie Segebart, Justin Hoffmann, Kurt Possehn, Nathan Shirbroun, Blake Toms and Jonathan Halterman; his wife Char of Glidden; his children, Joseph of Cedar Falls and Kelsey (Ivan) of Des Moines; his siblings, Melvin Hoffmann of Glidden, Rosemary Possehn (Earl) of Fort Dodge, Loras (Marlene) of Arcadia and Geralyn (Darwin) of Bayard; and his siblings-in-law, Donna Hoffmann of Carroll, Martin, Linda Toms of Woodbine, Leon, Ruth Tiefenthaler of Breda, Kenny, Nancy Toms of Oklahoma, Mandy and Chad Underberg of Breda. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
