She is survived by: her husband Jack Burns of Glidden; her children, Kelli Slothouber (Kurt) of Highlands Ranch, Cortney Thede (Jeremy) of Waukee and Kevin Burns (Cindy) of Adel; her grandchildren, Jordan, Taylor Slothouber, Drew, Dylan Thede, Finlee and Ashlyn Burns; her siblings, Alvie Bald (Sandra) of Audubon, Dallas Bald Audubon (Doris), Karen Heuss (Wayne) of Audubon and Connie Fett (Marcel) of Audubon; and also, Joyce Hook of Lake City, Ken Burns (Jolene) of Guthrie Center, Karen Burns of Boise and John Burns (Traci) of Crescent. She is also survived by her brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
