He was predeceased by: his sister Mary Jo Lavelle. He is survived by: his sons, Greg Campbell of Pacific Junction, IA, Steve Campbell (Genelle) of Glenwood and Doug Campbell of Glenwood; and his grandchildren, Ben Sieck, Ryan Campbell, Meagin Wallis and Joey Campbell. He is also survived by five great grandchildren; other relatives and a host of friends.
