She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Boettcher and Viola Boettcher (Hawkins); and her sister Marj Simmons. She is survived by: her stepdaughter Tammy Urquhart (Jay) of Cedar Rapids, IA; her stepgrandchildren, Jeremy, Kristen and Kelsey; her stepdaughter Amy Swagel (Dustin) of Red Oak, IA; her stepgrandchildren, Brenna Oakleaf (Dustin Crouse), Treighton Oakleaf, Reaghan Oakleaf, Gus Swagel and Madi Swagel; her stepson Doug Kelly (Katie) of Griswold, IA; her stepgrandchildren, Evan, Erin and Miley; her stepson Kevin Kelly (Samantha) of Rollins, WY; her stepgrandchildren, McKenzie and Macie; and her siblings, Bill Boettcher of Omaha, NE and Kay Allensworth of Omaha, NE. She is also survived by nephew and niece; other relatives and a host of many special friends.
