He is survived by: his wife Carol Jean Johnson; his children, Todd Bishop of Pacific Junction, Hollee Phares (Scott) of Omaha, NE and Jonathan Bishop of Manhattan, NY; his grandchildren, Chelsee Lee (Eric) and Dillon Bishop (Julie); his great grandchild Emma; his grandchildren, Lucas Bird (Megan), Taylor Bishop, Andrew Phares and Alisa Bishop; and his siblings, Connie Keith (Kenny) of Omaha, NE, Debbie Reeves (Roger) of Glenwood and Mark Bishop (Tracey) of Hudson, WI. He is also survived by other relatives and a host of many special friends.
