He is survived by: his siblings, Diane White (Nate), Karen Hamilton (Mark), Kathleen Bizal (Thomas), David Gehr (Rachel), Joseph Gehr (Jodi) and Alan Gehr; and his nieces and nephews, Estelle Landa (Mark), Maeve White, David Hamilton (Jamie), James Hamilton, Michael Hamilton (Matt Makofske), Samuel Hamilton, Joseph Bizal, Kyle Bizal (Jordan), Anna Cedfeldt (Jared), Matthew Bizal, Sage Gehr, Michael Gehr and Jessica Holland (John). He is also survived by his family and caregivers.
