She was predeceased by: her father Larry W. Wilson; and her brother Robert W. Wilson. She is survived by: her mother Dian Wilson (Sydzyik) of Council Bluffs; her husband Randy Kohlscheen of Glenwood; her children, Heather Volenec of Council Bluffs, Nickolas Hitchcock of Long Lane and Nathan Thomas (Becca) of Gibbon, Nebraska; her grandchildren, Lukas, Matthew, Tegan, Deklan, Nora, Lafe and Cecilia; her siblings, Shane Wilson (Denise) of Treynor, Iowa and Faith Vietzen (Todd) of Tolleson, Arizona; and her stepchildren, Shawn A. Kohlscheen of Council Bluffs, Jacob Kohlscheen of LaGrange and Michele Kohlscheen (Justin Jones) of Bellevue, Nebraska. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
