He was predeceased by: his parents, Alonzo Robert and Fern Olive Maxwell (Snyder); his siblings, Edith, Claude (Lonnie), Paul and Eric; and his stepdaughter Shelly Boulton.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce of Glenwood; his stepchildren, Troy Grindle (Stephanie) of Glenwood and Charity Boulton of Red Oak, IA; his siblings, Bill, Phillip Maxwell, Daisy Rice, Sharon Higgenbotham and Sue Hammons; and his sister-in-law Carol Maxwell. He is also survived by 8 step grandchildren; 2 step great grandchildren.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, memorials will be directed by the family.
