He is survived by: his wife Ilene Smith of Glenwood; his siblings, Betty E. Miller of New Bloomfield, PA and Sonny Kauffman of New Bloomfield, PA; his nephews, Robert Hiler and David Kauffman; his niece Whitney Hockenberry; and his stepsons, Travis Wake (Chasidy) of Shenandoah and Justin Wake (Jennifer) of Hamburg.
