It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Retha J. (Foster) McGinnis (Glenwood, Iowa), who passed away on January 5, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Arthur Earl and Jessie Violet Foster (Isom); her husband Charles Keith McGinnis; her sisters, Elaine and Lila; her children, Diane Wilson (Alan) of Tempe, Arizona, Teresa Briscoe (Tim) of Westminster, Colorado and Chuck McGinnis (Kim) of Crete, Neb; and her sister Marcella Heaton (Newt) of Shenandoah, Iowa. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews, extended relatives and many friends.
