It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Peter Matthew Phillips in Glenwood, Iowa, born in Prairie du Chien, Wisconsin, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his mother Kathleen Sullivan of Grand Marais; his sons, Nathaniel Phillips and Walter Phillips of Glenwood; his father Dennis Phillips Phillips (Dianne) of Spencer; his siblings, Susan Phillips of Minneapolis, Mariann Hein (Ralph) of Iowa City, Michael Phillips (Michelle) of Minneapolis and Matt Casey (Tina) of Eden Prairie, Minnesota; and his pets, Vincent and Lance. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorial donations may be directed to the Midlands Humane Society, 1020 Railroad Avenue, Suite A, Council Bluffs, Iowa 51503.
