She is survived by: her parents, Michael Chambers (Debor'ah) and Ann Chambers (Keller); her husband Randy Kephart; her children, Nathan Lakin, Amanda Kephart, Alexandra, Elizabeth Kephart and Jordyn Kephart; her brother Paul Chambers (Hillary); her nephews, Scott and Benjamin; and her sister Sarah Chambers.

A lunch will immediately follow at the Walnut Hill Reception Center, 1350 E. Pierce St. The family will direct memorial contributions.
