She was predeceased by: her parents, Torkel Mehus and Olina Mehus (Roger); and her siblings, Nellie Just, Nettie Kimball, Joan Olson, Pearl Moudy, Donald Mehus and Jon Mehus.
She is survived by: her daughters, Marcia Cain (Dick) of Glenwood, IA, Lois Whitacre (Ken) of Glenwood, IA, Signe Bonnet of Glenwood, IA and Sonja Cambridge (Paul) of Glenwood, IA; her grandchildren, Corey Cain (Jennifer), Cagney Tipton (Andrew), Dain Whitacre (Taylor) and Quentin Marquez (Dora); her stepgrandchildren, Mason, Miller, Taylor, Baker Cambridge and Derek Whitacre; and also, Ruth, Russell Lonnevik, Ester and Roy Larson. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
