It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael Wallis Rupe of Glenwood, Iowa, born in Birmingham, West Midlands, who passed away on August 21, 2020, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Rupe and Eileen Rupe (Wallis); and his siblings-in-law, Carol Russell, Mary Beth Peters, Rita Peters and Bill McCarter.

He is survived by: his wife Lois Rupe of Glenwood; his sons, Michael T. Rupe of Glenwood and Nicholas J. Rupe of Grandview, MO; and his siblings-in-law, Ronald Peters and Patricia McCarter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; other relatives; and a host of friends.
