She was predeceased by: her parents, William Goff and Alda Goff; her sister Anna Marie Pothast; and her former husband Don Herbert. She is survived by: her spouses, Don Herbert and George Dixon; her daughters, Susan Verhulst (John) of Urbandale and Jennifer Kaufman (Bruce) of Crawfordsville; her granddaughters, Michelle Keys and Katie Raney (Aaron); her stepgrandchildren, Sonya Graber (Dustin), Crystal Porter (Chris) and Brandon Kaufman (Ashley); her cousin Beverly Arthur; and also, Navy, Claudia Nehring and Kirk Dixon (Devonna).
