She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Stork and Lena Stork (Schad). She is survived by: her grandson John Balkus; her daughters, Kay Shaw (Roger) of Glenwood, Iowa and Jeanne Pelletteri (Sam) of Waukee, Iowa; and her brother Mark Stork. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends.
