She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Foster and Opal Foster; her husbands, George Aubrey Garrett II and Jonathan C. Rhode of Tabor; her children, Calista Elaine Garrett and George Aubrey Garrett III; her stepson-in-law Richard Gene Eustice; her brothers, Francis "Buck" Foster and Mervin Ray Foster; her sisters-in-law, Shirley Foster (Rice) and Virginia Ragland (Garrett); her grandchildren, Derek Garrett, Ronelle Johansen and Todd Garrett; and her stepgrandson Richard Lynn Eustice.
She is survived by: her stepdaughter Janice Ilene Garrett; her daughter Janice Johansen; her son-in-law Ronnie Johansen of Glenwood; her stepdaughter Nancy Eustice (Rhode) of Glenwood; her daughter-in-law Laura Garrett (Theissen) of Shell Knob, Missouri; her grandchildren, Eric Johansen (Roni) of Glenwood, Aaron Johansen (Kara) of Council Bluffs, Tina Stouder (Chad) of Glenwood, Travis Garrett of Tabor, Josh Garrett (Kevin Schnell) of Des Moines and Amanda Canon (Josh) of Colfax; her stepgrandchildren, Kevin Rhode of Council Bluffs, Bryan Eustice (Shannon) of LaVista and Jami Whisman (Jamie) of Shell Knob, Missouri; her great grandchildren, Creightion Johansen, Rossalyne Johansen, Audrina Johansen, Berlinn Johansen, Daxtyn Johansen, Sterling Johansen, Shyanne Meyer, Jaren Johansen, Braydon Johansen, Emma Johansen, Sterling Stouder, Sierra Stouder, Elizabeth Garrett, Dylan Garrett, Lexie Garrett, Abbie Garrett, Garrett Canon and Jordynn Canon; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Treston Eustice, Samantha Rhode, Abigail Rhode, Kylie Martin and Jalie Martin; and her sister-in-law Karen Miller (Fred) of Sidney. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
