He is survived by: his spouse Episcopal Church; his sons, David Warren Kruse and Brian Keith Kruse; his grandchildren, Alex Kruse of Omaha, Nebraska., Riley Kruse of Omaha, Nebraska. and Hannah Kruse of Omaha, Nebraska.; and his siblings, Richard Kruse (Jean) of New Berlin, Wisconsin, Jon Kruse (Donna) of Nebraska City, Nebraska and Sharon Kruse of Mesa, Arizona. He is also survived by relatives and many friends.

Memorial donations may be directed to Trinity Lutheran Church.
