He is survived by: his mother Mary Ellen Fields of Omaha, Nebraska; his wife Sylvia Fields; his daughter Heather Dailey of Glenwood, Iowa; and his siblings, Mike Fields (Libby) of Lincoln, Nebraska, Bruce Fields (Diane) of Omaha and Diane Ehrlich (Don) of Montana. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends.
